All of our products are handmade and hand-packaged in the United States using the highest-quality organic, natural, and fair-trade ingredients sourced from trusted local farms. Because we take great care in crafting each batch, processing times may take up to 2–4 business days before your order ships.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States via trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future. Stay connected with us for updates on international availability.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order. Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible—we may be able to update it before shipment.
